    I forwarded a detailed complaint to the insolvency company with all the evidence which I believe is irrefutable; but it was completely ignored and not replied to. This actually only came to light as we were forced to scrutinise our previous accounts and communications with extreme detail.

    And on another occasion they sent me a letter with a forged signature. I have proof of this.
