    Heat Press Lettering

I'm not sure I fully understand the problem, but if you are looking for fonts to use yourself, try this link http://www.1001freefonts.com/

Best way to heat a 4000sq ft warehouse?

Have a look at the Bullfinch Industrial Spaceheater No 1400 (supplied by most Calorgas outlets). We had the same problem and got one of these in for less than £300. It works

    Buying telephone numbers

If you are staying in your current code area, most providers allow you to take your existing number to the new location. You can arrange for the switch over to be timed to your move into the new premises.

Making a book & self publishing

Thought I would put in my 2 pennyworth. We do 'vanity' publishing, mostly for private clients obviously. I think the price will very much depend upon what you want the finished article to be. Coffee table or bookcase? We can work from most file types (including pdf from Publisher) providing the...

Place of Supply conundrum, I know it should be simple.

I would think that if the work that is produced in the USA is only a partial product supplied back to the company in the UK for incorporation into a final product, then the point of supply is the UK. Even if the supply from the USA is a completed product and then sold from the UK, the point of...

Adobe Pagemaker 6.5 Plus - Valuation

Personal view only - PM6.5 is seriously old hat. Ver 7 was released before they conjured up InDesign, and was still a bit of a dog. You don't say if it is Mac or PC. If it is Mac, I doubt that you will get any buyers as it will only run under the old system (ie not supported in OS X software)...

    'Stealth' bank charge

Well done - but may I suggest you keep up the pressure for the account management records? Should be interesting reading!

    'Stealth' bank charge

Can't say that it is illegal, but it is certainly unethical. The business of the bank is to conduct risk management at its own expense - what additional risk management reviews are required? As you say, your account is being run without any problems. Ask for a detailed breakdown of costs for...

180 businesses per day to go bust in 2009!

Going back to the original question, I don't think he has got it right either. I believe that a lot of mergers and acquisitions will take place, particularly in the small business community. Many of the medium sized businesses in my sector are already going down that route - and very sensibly so...

    Abbey email scam

Most banks have a 'phishing' department these days (eg NatWest is "[email protected]"). Just forward the message to them but never click on the link.

    Ltd Co Q's

Why not register them all as Limited Companies? Your generic company could then be something in the form of XXXX Group Ltd. As long as you keep all the paperwork in order, I don't see a problem - unless you are doing a Maxwell

    Bankrupcy Wait Or Apply Now???

Hello hcd. Looks like you have had quite a harpooning here. But it is not really surprising as you came on here with only half a story and looked for encouragement to go down the route you seem to have already chosen. Surely there must be other options than to just lie back and get raped...
