I'd imagine any business sending out mail in bulk will have a franking machine, where second class letter price is only 31p even after the price rise. So it would be more expensive and time consuming to buy and use stamps at current prices anyway.
Kind of makes a mockery of the price rise...
You could always do what 99p stores do - tell employees that every customer must be given a receipt, and put a sign by the tills saying you will pay a £5 reward for any customer who's not given a receipt. That way all the money has to go through the till.
I actually run this as a second business. It makes a fair amount of money, you will never get rich doing it but it builds up good PR.
