    how best to find a web designer to employ?

    A good job site where designers go is designjobsboard.com I look here all the time and you get some big companies post of here sometimes so it must be good.

    Recommend a book on Dreamweaver???

    I think just learning html and css is all you need. I started using dreamweaver and it adds its own code into things at times so i use notepad++ and its sooo much better. all you need to learn is html and css.
