Not interested in bonds, the interest rates are not that much better than what we get at the moment to justify the lock in of the money (am seeing 1year bonds for 2% when we get 1.1% from our bank account). Would rather have the...
Found a property for £500k in an exellent location. Excess space would allow us to get £4-£6k rent per month. Minus costs, we're looking at ~3% to 4% of the property value per year returned which is a lot more than our current 1.1% in the savings account.

Just phoned up another legal firm who specialise in Internet law in the UK and they couldn't give us an answer either
We phoned up the FSB lawyers on this one and they couldn't give us an answer which was a shame.
A summary of our website and proposed system:

What are you drop shipping? Is there actually space in the market for you? Do you have many competitors?
Setting up a website isn't enough to get customers. What's your plan to get customers?
Just phoned up HMRC, they told me:
- Our software counts as 'services' and not goods
- VAT is NOT due on sales of services outside the scope of VAT, even if you're signed up to Flat Vat scheme
It's good we got clarification, I think what's happened is our accountant assumed our sales are for...
