Is it a main post office, does it have Forex? Perhaps it may have more chance of success somewhere large and when people are queuing for their cash, although they've probably already booked by then.
Do these post offices already have screens in them? Do some homework and visit the branches...
Well it doesn't in my local post office. I can see they had them in 2013 when I answered a previous posting, they don't now and haven't had them for years. They weren't there long.
Why are you asking?
It's about 18 months since I was originally contacted by these people, my trademark was due for renewal at the end of this month, and has been done directly with IPO at the correct price.
It certainly seems the IPO are trying to make people more aware of these scams as I've had 2-3 letters from...
How odd. After receiving a letter in July telling me my Business Banking Direct account would be charged from 19th October, I've now received a letter saying they won't be charging.
I've tried opening an account with the Coop - you can't accuse them of being hasty in their decision, I've been...
With regards to chairs, the best I've ever found are Herman Miller. They're not cheap. I got 2 refurbished off the net for the same price as a single new one.
I'll take my chances, I spread the risk around various deposit accounts with other institutions. It's just day-to-day money, well under the £75K protection limit, I need to move away from RBS.
Ouch. I've just received a letter this morning from RBS saying that I'm going from paying nothing at the moment (with Business Banking Direct), to charges of approx £55 per month.
Looks like I need to change banks! Could be I'm off to the Coop via FSB.
I read on the BBC that apparently RBS/Nat West have written letters to over a million business customers telling them they may start charging them for their credit balances.
Has anybody received one of these letters as I haven't?
No it's not, it's an attempted ripoff. Otherwise the terms would be clearly printed in black ink and there would be a copy for you to keep.
£1100 fee for simply completing a form is a scam in anybody's book.
Dragging up this old thread as it's good to see that the ringleader for the Emergency Services Magazine scam has been jailed for 7 years.

Well I can assure you I didn't pay £99! I've got no association with them other than as a happy user. I was fortunate to be recommended to them by somebody I know and trust so didn't have the 'this seems too good to be true' issue to go through.
The other advantage of Payatrader is there is no PCIDSS compliance to complete, unlike with Streamline or Paymentsense and many other merchants. As a small business with no 'IT department', you only have to go through the misery of completing that once, answering questions you don't understand...
There's no fee if you go for the 'Lite' service

I take card details over the phone and key them on my computer, no need for a terminal.
