    T's & C's are irrelevant now. The money is owed, and will EVENTUALLY get paid. The problem is that there is no-one who can authrise the payment at the moment, and we need to pay our staff.

    Thanks Alyson. The client is not a tenant - They were living in their own home. We are a domicilliary care agency, not a care home. I am chasing SS to find out whether or not they have started proceedings for a deputyship. Unfortunately, that could take 6 months or more to set up.
