    It sounds like a mailshot might be the way to go, but £250 is not going to get you far. The cheapest and possibly most effective way would be to go to lots of networking events & "put yourself out there" buy some business cards (or labels!) & go for it.

    We send many items by PPI, and have just been through a bad patch of 8 missing items in the last 6 weeks - if you fill in the Royal Mail compensation form and get ready to keep moaning at them, you should get up to around £26 compensation.

    We use voiptalk, and don't seem to be saving any money at present. It will be more cost-effective when we use the full number of lines offered. One recommendation - don't go for the "home" package and hope that it will be ok for business - you'll have missed calls, which can prove very costly.

    Couriers who is performing well

    We use Fedex / ANC and have had excellent service with few parcels going missing or being returned. Our rates are in the region of £5.80 + vat for a next day parcel up to 10Kg - hope that helps!
