    Hi Carl, Thank you very much for the link to the Sheffield who pays council tax site. This appears to apply to Council Tax only on domestic dwellings. Very useful info though. Do they mention anything anywhere in respect of non-domestic (commercial) properties. Many thanks Regards Steve
