Help!!! £400 Penalty for Late Filing p35/p14
hello, i have just had a penalty for a late p35 going back to year 05/06 :eek:, i have been told by hmrc it was submitted in June 06 when in fact it was done 10days before the due day 8/05. I have appealed with all the conformation emails i had at the time (still waiting for there reply). Now...- SomersetShop
