    EKM is fine for what it is, the bottom end of the hosted ecommerce market in the UK. Its not the cheapest - its actually quite pricey - dont let them upsell you addons the email marketing and analytics are just a big rip off. Use Google Analytics and MailChimp both are far far better products...
