Thanks for your reply, so as an importer would they be legally able to label a branded product that isn't their own brand? Just regulation label nothing changed to actual branded label etc
Hi, we export goods from UK to Canada. Canadian health regulation means these products need to be translated in both English and French. This is standard practice my question however is whether any company can add a new label to the packaging or only the brand owner and official distributors...
