    Not a PayPal rant...

    I've had my PayPal account since 2006 and recently I started a new business called "SendYourLetter.co.uk" I'm not advertising but this is where the problem is. After setting the site up with a payment handler etc I was ready to go! Hours after linking my shopping cart with my PayPal account...
