    Does anyone know what's going on with Despatch Bay?

    Parcels picked up on Friday are mostly delivered now but 50 labels printed on Monday morning were never collected. So we had to sent them by alternate means.

    Same here, all of sudden they cease the operation and made a mess. We still have unused credits and they haven't refunded it yet.All there phone lines unanswered .Google shows permanently closed.
