This, from my limited knowledge, doesn't seem unreasonable. It's not abusive, but at the end of the day you are liable to any potential losses that arise from not obtaining the A4 change of use. The landlord can always rent his property out to someone else and not take on any risks or costs...
marble_pars, you can try signing up to "meetup" and searching for groups related to what you do or what you're interested. There are loads in London. Some good, some not so good, but you will never know until you try them out.
KGB Deals obviously is another one. What do you want to do? Use them for promoting your business? Bear in mind that Groupon is the big leader and their results far outstrip the smaller networks which generally aren't worth your time. The bigger the network the less likely you will be able to...
They are a big player in the online affiliate network industry. You promote their clients' products or services, and get paid on results either by % or fixed commission.
Have used them in the past on various offers. Been with them for almost 3 years now. What else do you want to know? (PM me...
I thought there was a possibility that it might be so.
Looks like they're asking for the impossible then. Not sure why any company with a criminal record would be allowed to continue trading, but hey, different countries with different laws I guess.
Having consulted with many businesses in the past, I have to say that tag lines are a grey area. People think way too much about this that they forget more important things.
Tag lines we remember are the memorable for a good reason: the companies promoting them spend millions to get that tag...
I've never heard of such a thing. Even if a company conducts criminal behaviour, it is the owners of the business and/or directors who are liable to prosecution such as fraud, etc.
Maybe find out who the directors and owners are and then do a search on them that relates to the company?
Scorpios, I have many friends who have opened restaurants and other types of food businesses. It can take a lot of capital, but one thing for sure, it is a very competitive business with thin margins. You absolutely have to be different to get an edge in the marketplace.
Why don't you go to...
If you're looking at a traditional brick and mortar business of some sort, first look at the type of people you have in your local area that frequent the vicinity. Just observe them, where do they shop, what kind of work do they do (survey them), what kind of lifestyle do they have. Once you see...
I recommend Google Chrome and Adblock. Makes surfing a lot less stressful and annoying with all those ads. The forums should still get paid, as I think the browser would still recognise that content has been sent to it (although it is blocked).
The problem with targeted advertising is that to...
He pays himself a dividend which is usually taxed at a much lower rate than had he taken a full salary for $millions. The way taxes work on salaries, the more you earn, the more you tend to get screwed over by the taxman. That's why you hire accountants!
One other thing. If you are too entrepreneurial, it could work against you as the recruiter may fear that you would out-do them and end up being better than them at their job (a risk to them clearly) and/or you would outgrow your role and then either look for a career climb or exit the company...
I think that it all depends on who is looking to recruit and the type of company they are in, as well as whether they are the owner or not. I would imagine that young, small-medium businesses would welcome people with entrepreneurial spirit because that's what they need to compete and grow...
