If you're looking for 100% uptime requirement, you need to discuss this with your hosting provider and ensure they provide a 100% uptime SLA. It's worth asking about the infrastructure. "Cloud" doesn't mean anything unfortunately, and I wish it was a protected term! A cloud server could...- rs-neil
