    I don't think the name will make any difference if you want to register it. The first thing i would be checking is if some other company has the same name or Variation. If not then i do not see any reason as to why you can not trade mark it.

    There is some good points here and some not so good. My business is still young and there is a long way to go it will be challenging and rewarding but i do enjoy what i do and that is what really counts for me. Let the hard work continue :D

    I would start looking in to getting a Manager with the experience in this field. Sounds to me as tho there has been to much time effort and money spent on building this business to just let it go like that. That is just my thoughts tho.
