    I have would like stop trading as a limited company, how difficult is it to stop trading, what are the procedures and cost. This company is small and not making any profit. Can I stop trading for three months and the apply for it to be struck off?

    How do you account for office software? Do you treat it as a general expense or an asset? I would like to know if I should treat my Microsoft and Sage software as expense or assets. Sage cost a fortune so does microsoft.
