    yes they aren't the only scottish council. I've printed my spongebob letters, ignored my email from the water company solicitor and was going to set the plan in motion tomorrow Do you think I would be wiser trying to compromise with them?

    I don't actually want the money, I would rather pay it to the creditors then look like I dodged about to keep 10k for myself. If I call a meeting with my creditors, does it have to be in Scotland where they are?

    Sorry trying to update on my phone and the adverts are interrupting me :-( The company is registered in Scotland. should I enquire with companies house about the process for striking off in Scotland, or just ask them for an extension?

    I've not received anything I'm aware of, not been at the premises for a few weeks. Will be there in 2 weeks. Are there penalties for them striking me off that way? After they strike me off could I offer the 10k to the creditors as a settlement figure?
