    staffjam Hello, As advised above, you may want to try freelance sites (such as oDesk). Just make sure to not hire anyone from India or some third world locations you may not even know where's that. Seriously, don't. At least because of the massive language barrier and lack of responsibility...

    What is the CMS of the website? If it's an open-source one, such as Wordpress, what's the point in using the Disqus then? Wordpress does have the built-in commenting system that works well and that doesn't depend on some third party proprietary solution.
