    Would add, even on 3Mbps you should be able to browse the web with little delays. If you keep having problems I would check out if you have wifi interference perhaps.

    Depends entirely how far you are from the local exchange and the quality of the line. If you are on 3Mbps at the moment you must be quite far away but 20 - 30Mbps will hopefully be realistic.
