My Father died 3 years ago and I struggle with the financial side of the business. We are memorial manufacturers of gravestones etc. I am very good at my job, but loathe the financial side. My two sisters, one younger and one older have no interest in the business and are actively trying to sell the business. My Dad ran it since 1975 but ill-health took it's toll. I'm 60, but I'm in good health, but the Girls have no interest in the business and having equal shares they will soon sell. .At my time of life, it's going to be a hard slog for a sixty year old. I don't have a "fall back" to rely on.
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated, answers on a postcard, thanks.
