How do I find a reliable wholesaler?

Awesome Merchandise looks like a good service but even for bulk orders it is faaaaar too expensive. I wouldn't make any money buying at those prices. The prices I've seen buying direct from China even if I'm only buying 50 pieces are only just over two quid per case. On eBay the prices are even...

How do I find a reliable wholesaler?

Designing the artwork for the case is one thing, actually producing the cases is another. I can get custom designs done but I can't print them on cases, that's why I need a manufacturer. I've done more reading up into this and apparently there are a few UK companies that will act as an...

How do I find a reliable wholesaler?

I don't disagree I should deal directly with China. I think I can make the products very high margin if I can get custom designs though. Just look at Redbubble, selling custom design basic snap on cases for over £20 each. Those cases would cost only a quid each in bulk at the absolute most. I...

How do I find a reliable wholesaler?

I am looking for phone cases, specifically a company that will print custom images on them rather than just sell the same ones everyone else has in bulk. I have seen a lot of reasonable wholesale deals on eBay but those are mostly for the see-through plastic ones which are worth very little...

    Bitcoin for business?

Yeah I'm idiot, the link the guy posted explains it all anyway. Turns out you need a Windows server all to yourself to make it work. Not a good option for me. I did however find a site called BTC Merch which simply automates payments through their system and sends them straight to your bitcoin...

    Bitcoin for business?

I'm curious, how do you correlate bitcoin payments with purchases while accepting bitcoin directly without any middleman?

    Bitcoin for business?

Bitcoin is interesting and services like Coinbase make it pretty easy to accept as a business. That said I'm still unsure how you'd report bitcoin revenue to the HMRC. Do you even need to if you don't convert it to GBP? Really though I just wish I'd invested in bitcoin a few years ago. I'd be...

Best payment processor for a smalltime sole trader?

Yeah it did sound like a standard disclaimer type thing to me. Looks like I'll go with them then, thanks :)

Best payment processor for a smalltime sole trader?

Stripe has told me I should be fine to start accepting payments instantly as my site isn't on the prohibited list but with the proviso that they have the right to review my account and contact me before transferring any funds. Hopefully that doesn't mean they'll let me trade then suddenly do a...

Best payment processor for a smalltime sole trader?

Might as well be honest, my site will be selling research chemicals.

Best payment processor for a smalltime sole trader?

Those two look very good, thank you Alex. They both have restricted products lists and 2Checkout's looks like it bans my product while Stripe is more ambiguous, I'll try them and see if they're cool with it.

Best payment processor for a smalltime sole trader?

Unfortunately, I know for a fact PayPal will not do business with my website. I can't post the relevant link here because I don't have enough posts. But it's certain PayPal's TOS prohibits my type of site.

Best payment processor for a smalltime sole trader?

I've looked at payment processors and it looks like many only want to work with ltd companies or people who've been trading for a long time or trading a certain amount of money per month etc. I am starting up a retail site as a sole trader just as an experiment and a sideline to make some money...
