    Fraudulent A-Z Claims

I did yes - it was the tracking info provided by the third party parcel comparison website i booked from - TransGlobalExpress. Showed clear delivery proof if they had bothered to check.

    Fraudulent A-Z Claims

How do any Amazon sellers here deal with fraudulent A-Z claims that are still decided in the buyer's favour and refunded at your cost despite submitting proof of delivery? (direct tracking links, signature, GPS at point of delivery, photo with front door open which shows same front door on...

    Design Right "Range"??

Oh it's definitely important enough! I have 300 units on the way and my main/best platform has currently gone! Would hugely appreciate any suggestions.

    Design Right "Range"??

Luckily i also sell on eBay, but 80% of my sales for this item were on Amazon. I am not just going to let them take that all away without a fight, especially as it seems they should not even be able to do what they are doing. Part of me thinks Amazon doesn't even check the design on the design...

    Design Right "Range"??

Indeed that is what another seller has claimed. And to continue the example further, my product is a “fish shaped plate”, and the other seller claims it infringes their design right of a “cat shaped plate”. Amazon has not accepted any of my appeals so far. Exactly the opposite is what is...

    Design Right "Range"??

I have no idea! I am hoping someone here does. So you're saying in the example you would only have rights over the exact cat shape plate shown on your registered design number?

    Design Right "Range"??

Does anyone know how broad of a spectrum of products does a UK Design Right cover? it seems Amazon support doesn't even know the answer to this. For example if you registered a design right for a cat shaped plate, could you only hold authority over all cat shaped plates, or could you claim...

Still waiting on decision on planning application 2.5 years later....

Quite a leap you made there, but thanks for the advice. It's looking more and more like a hard approach is the way to go now. We have suggested this course of action to the architect and they are inclined to agree. Anyone else with any similar experiences?

Still waiting on decision on planning application 2.5 years later....

Thanks Estwig: I should probably add that this is our second attempt at this application; it was refused the first time and we made a number of changes according to the reasons for refusing, before submitting again. It is a large plot of land in my parents back garden. An architect has been...

Still waiting on decision on planning application 2.5 years later....

Thanks for the reply estwig. It's reassuring to know others have experienced something similar, but also disheartening. I wonder what the record is for the longest time taken for a decision to be made on a planning application..

Still waiting on decision on planning application 2.5 years later....

Hello all, As the title suggests, we've been waiting 2.5 years for a decision on our planning application for 2 x 3 bed detached dwellings. We've been incredibly frustrated by the situation for a long time now as you can imagine, but have not wanted to rock the boat and potentially negatively...
