    I agree Trixbox is brilliant.. even for a total non technical person to set up its not that difficult after doing a little reading. As a technical person we prefer asterisk as we have a custom panel infront of it but i would recommend trixbox to anyone..

    how do you upload to your storage ftp? if so there is a program called AutoFTP. its free and you can create schedules to upload data.

    Personaly i have never had a problem with virgin. But if you require reliable try going for a business package. you will get more support and the problem will be resolved faster. Depending on if you are in a 3g or hsdpa area it often can be up to 8mb.
