A financial management system I've developed over 15 years – would this help your business?

You need to do some research, why do they behave like that, as there are lots of reasons and many won't be looking to change; e.g. - Happy as they are - won't want it - Too disorganised - won't use it - Only use pen & paper - won't use it - Use spreadsheet - may use it - Accountant does...

A financial management system I've developed over 15 years – would this help your business?

Unfortunately, this isn't how most marketing works, e.g. you've not sold me any features and their benefits. This is too detailed for the quick browsers, yet not detailed enough for the detail people! Too detailed - The problem with the 2 or 3 long paragraphs is many people won't read them...

A financial management system I've developed over 15 years – would this help your business?

Thanks @fisicx @TrueBalance I've skimmed the threads and must confess I don't really understand what the tool is for. What benefit does it have over an accounting package, that most businesses will already have? As an example, Xero has Cash Flow Manager, which uses AI and previous/recurring...

Getting many location pages indexed-help needed

Amazon has hundreds of thousands (maybe millions) of unique pages for products, but it's not carrying out local SEO, so has no relevance to the OPs question. Most sites that have local pages do this as if it were a PPC landing page; e.g. swap a town/area name and if you're lucky a couple of...

Facebook Now Charging 'Location Based Fees' For Advertising

No secret tax, its the DST, Google & Microsoft passed this straight on, Facebook apparently did not: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/introduction-of-the-digital-services-tax/digital-services-tax

Would UK service providers use this kind of paid-access app?

It's a chicken and egg project. You need loads of users to get businesses & self employed people to use it. That means ranking in customer searches, or having a marketing process to get customers for the freelancers. consultants, businesses etc. How are you going to do that?

Can Google Ads Phrase Match be Trusted

Google Ads match types no longer do what they say on the tin! This is because they're no longer built for you to run small campaigns, or the sort of tight keyword type campaign that used to be so successful. These are all built for AI type campaigns (max conversions, VBB etc), these work...

'Can I just...' is killing me!

That's the definition of madness. You'll never solve your problem or be able to scale like that. Put some structure in; e.g. 30% upfront deposit non refundable, late urgent orders attract a 50% surcharge.

Would you use this? Honest feedback wanted

I run a SME agency with a reasonable number of SME clients, mainly Limited companies, but a couple of sole traders. We just don't encounter the situations you describe; we onboarded clients and initially did credit checks, but these proved to be largely worthless and a waste of money. We...

Would you use this? Honest feedback wanted

The idea seems good, but to me it has a serious limitation, that an SME or sole trader is almost never the driving force behind any document sharing. As @fisicx and @Ozzy say, you have to comply with whatever third party you're interacting with wants, they will have no interest in you sharing...

Just got our first paying customer, now the hard part. How did you get your second and third?

A proper site and marketing review is beyond the scope of this thread (even if free members were allowed a site review). The site doesn't rank for anything other than your brand name. You'd need to audit it fully, but no, it doesn't target the right search terms, and many of the right searches...

Just got our first paying customer, now the hard part. How did you get your second and third?

What's your marketing plan; who are you targeting and what pain points do you fix for them? That is a research based piece of work to tightly identify your target customer. This is not SMEs or sole traders. Plus, what do they actually search for on Google or via Ai; this will be for solutions...
