On one of my websites in GA on the traffic sources overview it shows a small list of keywords and at the top it says "(not set) 85%". The number of clicks corresponds exactly to the number of clicks coming from google ppc.
Any ideas why the google ppc clicks aren't reporting which keyword is...

(Note the high cap ones are out of stock as everyone buys the Lexmark high cap 'return program' ones instead, the others are simply included for those searching by part number... Not sure why Lexmark even bothers with the high cap given...
Is that something I can do if I don't have hosting for the domains? ie. if they're just registered with a provider? or would I have to pay monthly hosting just to be able to set up the redirect?

I'm going with makemodel.co.uk as the main domain, but what is the best thing to do with the others from an SEO point of view...
But if you use a 3rd party such as Sagepay who are PCI Compliant, and you don't handle credit card details manually (ie. take them over the phone), then you can fill in a simple(-ish) "Self Certification" form to say that you're PCI Compliant.
