Company BBL resulting in personal CIFAS marker

The first step I would say is start paying of the BBL, that's what I'm doing, now I've got a payment plan in place I will work towards getting it removed.

Company BBL resulting in personal CIFAS marker

I've not tried to get it removed. I would advice against it for now unless you've managed to set up some sort of payment plan with a debt collector. You really only get one solid chance of trying to getting it removed and right now the evidence will stack against you. You really need as much...

Company BBL resulting in personal CIFAS marker

Basically I couldn't afford the min payment, HSBC wouldn't budge. Was reading up on the forums that it'll get sent to debt collector which should offer better repayment options. I thought I'll just wait till it goes to a debt collector and set up a payment plan. I knew if I tried to just...

Company BBL resulting in personal CIFAS marker

I spoke to https://mrbounceback.com And he said it's been used as a scare tactic to shock me into responding which seems hard to believe. He did say he's 99% sure I'll be able to remove it but I really have no idea what will happen.

Company BBL resulting in personal CIFAS marker

Luckily I have a bank account that I opened 6 months ago that I've been using but I'm so worried they are going to close it. I'm going to have to fight the CIFAS marker but it doesn't help with the now.

Company BBL resulting in personal CIFAS marker

Hi Lisa, it was spent in the company on stock etc then eventually I ran out of cash to run the company. I paid of immediate debts personally as they were transferred to me as I was a guarantor then I expected the BBL to go to debt collectors. All the payments are above board there's no funny...

Company BBL resulting in personal CIFAS marker

Hi Frank It's not that. They put reason for filing; evasion of payment, because the BBL defaulted. See below: https://i.ibb.co/t2Gk3ng/Screenshot-20230507-165139-4.png The problem is everytime I ring up HSBC business they are saying I'm not personably liable as it's through the LLC yet I...

Company BBL resulting in personal CIFAS marker

Hello, I have received a CIFAS marker this weekend. My personal bank accounts have been shutdown and I no longer have access to a bank account. Here is the timeline of events. Naively as I couldn't afford the min payment I assumed it would be sent to a debt collector, I've never tried...

    Capital gains legality

I actually did try to call them but they just said on the automated message that no one could help and that they were busy and hung up. Sigh....

    Capital gains legality

Thanks. When I asked them about this they were adamant it was all above board. Probably best not to go with them as in the long run I'll be shooting myself in the foot.

    Capital gains legality

Obviously I'm asking what are the legalities of this.

    Capital gains legality

Hello, I got a new job, I'm going to be paid as a contractor IR35 through an umbrella company. One company is saying I don't need to pay any tax outside of the 20% as the rest is through capital gains which they are saying isn't taxed. But from my research capital gains are a one off not...

Messed up big time with BBL

Okay so the 4-6 weeks quoted ended up being a 24 hour turnaround. I think HSBC just want to wipe their hands of the loan, I don't think there is really anything in their interest to keep us a customer as we only used HSBC to get the loan and primarily use Starling as our bank.

Messed up big time with BBL

Do we know of the name of the debt collectors for BBL, is it Advantis?
