An interesting thread. I work with Freshworks (The company that runs Freshdesk). I saw a couple of people mentioning about using Freshdesk with another CRM. Hello Alan, I noticed in a CRM related thread that you mentioned about using Freshdesk and Capsule CRM. Have you tried the Freshsales CRM by Freshdesk? It integrates with your support tickets and can access it within the CRM.- Nivas Ravichandran
