    I take mastercard and amex. Amex does cost more per transaction. Not had any chargebacks though. I thought about not using it but I would rather provide the option to my customers than risk loosing a sale.

    I managed to fix this by correcting an error with the Action column. The header should have included the country and version number which were missing.
