    Yes do create 3 different website each for all 3 langauges... Then you can use same theme and design but can have different products / pages / languages content / Product Prices / everything would be separate under one magento installation If you do need any help do PM.. I would love to help...

    Is anyone running Magento on AWS?

    I do use rackspace with 40k products fully dedicated server. but only thing with this all three - Digital ocean, rackspace, AWS your devloper has to manage everything on his own.. or you need to have some server person to look after it.. But i do prefer Digital Ocean and Rackspace both.
