    Follow my advice above and take legal action against him personally! - as a CEO he will not want to go to court and risk losing his FCA authorisation! I can go after him personally even though the contract is signed (by him) in the companies name? I would love to go after him personally

    They have funds for sure. Offices in 4 Countries with another office in Germany opening soon. He just doesn't want to pay for this advertising.
