    Title keywords. 12 or 67?

Just had a SEO firm do a quick health check on my site. The first thing they spotted was that we have only 12 title keywords. They suggest using up to 67 but this contradicts what we have been told by several other SEO's. Examples of their clients organic rankings are impressive but i don't...

    Setting up a Letting agents

Rightmove are costing considerably more for new joiners than this time last year. It was then £300/£250 for sales and joint lettings offices and £100 for lettings and it is now £475/£400/£150 for new joiners. That is 50 per cent plus increases in one year! (Fees are per month per branch)

Creating a company run from home

Working from home is perfectly legit and does not require a commercial change of use so long as the business element is no more than 40% of the building (i think!). Therefore a home office is fine. You can also 'claim' running costs eg elec, phone, heating in your company accounts.

But don't you understand - 1. Tesco are proclaiming to be a private sale site 2. Rightmove et al are 'portals' which list estate agent properties 3. The portals are protecting their clients interest because they do not want to be advertised on a private sale site 4. Tesco are confusing...

Tesco's - estate agents of the future?

Mark Davis said earlier this week: "Private sales are competition for traditional agents but they are a small part of the market and there is plenty of room for everybody who provides a good service for customers. Agents must believe their services are valued by their customers, so I hope...

Tesco's - estate agents of the future?

Tesco Property Market needs to define its core business strategy. Is it: A private sale site? An online estate agent? A property portal? You cannot be everything to everyone.
