    I would love to, Mark, but Paypal are so popular now as a payment system. There was a time when it was just Ebay and some small ecommerce startups taking it and it was considered mickey mouse. Today, the largest companies accept it because it means more sales.

    The other point I forgot to add - When Ebay/Paypal have made the refund to the customer by default they do not refund the seller's fees by default. So, they do their best to hold onto them.
