    Why are managers not recruiting 16 - 24 year olds?

    I think that employers don't see the value of that age group. They as yet, have no or little experience so what value can they bring to the company? At my school they pushed us to go to university - if we didn't want to go to university then we were seen as lost causes and kind of forgotten...
