    No - we have not as our debt advice company says a liquidator cannot be instructed until we have all the information from the accounts and payroll company. Hence the stalemate - we can't get a liquidator without all this infomation.

    Thanks. Having looked at the case your mentioned it seems this is to do with the liquidator's access to the information. We are not at that stage yet as apparently a liquidator cannot be appointed until we as a company have the information to give them.

    Yes - they are insisting on payment of three months of fees to them however with the company insolvent it doesn't have the money to pay this. Liquidator cannot be appointed until we have all this information hence the stalemate.

    Well that's what we thought but they are withholding it. I will check which professional body they are with. We and our debt advice company have spoken to various people at the accounts and payroll company and they won't budge.
