    I haven't looked at Gradwell but I heard of them. We use Zen for our internet connection and they're very good indeed. Highly recommended.

    Would strongly recommend WordPress. We use it on our site and for all our clients. And for hosting, I would strongly recommend WPEngine.com. They're very good and they have excellent support.

    I've used Mailchimp a lot and it works very well. It's easy to use to and there is some good information on their blog. I've heard good things about dotMailer and most of our clients and our own agency use HubSpot, which does good email and a ton of other things besides.

    We use RingCentral and it's very straightforward. We had some challenges with an on-premise and then with a hosted VOIP system. Also, our client Pensar .co .uk can advise on small business VOIP systems if you need some help.

    We like WPEngine for WordPress hosting and I'd recommend them. I've used Digital Ocean and Heruku for app hosting and like them too.
