Black mugs are available from Central Design Ceramics https://www.mugs-uk.com. We have used them for years. I don't have any idea about pricing at 10-15 quantity though.

I found this post accidentally, it's regarding the new German Packaging Act, which I knew nothing about. I know that many of you on this thread are selling to the EU so thought I should mention it...
(Expletive deleted) This is news to me! I found this post accidentally. @romeo b and @Jenni384 I am starting to agree with you about the administrative burden shipping to the EU with yet another legal requirement. I have done a quick bit of research & found this...
The Large Letter size fits through a standard sized letter box & therefore if the person is not at home the postman does not have to return to redeliver it, unlike a Small Parcel, so it cheaper for Royal Mail to make the delivery & better for the customer. We save a lot on postage by ensuring as...
I am not an expert, but a guide to alternatives to IOSS sign up, such as Taxamo, Crossborderit & others, as have been mentioned on this thread would be helpful. Many smaller companies cannot afford the costs of IOSS themselves.
Does anyone know how much Parcelforce's delivery partner in Germany charge in Handling Fees (non-IOSS, VAT to be paid by customer) for a parcel going to Germany please? I know Royal Mail's partner is Deutsche Post & that they charge 6 Euros handling fee, but I've got no idea about Parcelforce...
Personally, I'd prefer Taxamo on the PAYG basis, but their API is not available for my online store system. I thought the Desucla / myvat.com solution might be of help to other posters on here.
No, I have not heard of any way of joining IOSS directly without an intermediary.
@NWH @Morning & others trying to find a low cost IOSS solution -
You had both mentioned Desucla a while ago on this thread. I just found out they have set up their promised cheaper tier see https://www.desucla.com/service-ioss/ scroll down to the link to https://myvat.com/
The page at...
Regarding VAT, I haven't seen anyone mention that whatever your VAT bill turns out to be, don't forget that you can deduct the VAT you have paid from any relevant expenses (items bought in the UK) such as packaging, office stationery, office equipment, etc. I don't know which couriers you use...
We use Royal Mail. Thanks for the suggestion, however given reports elsewhere on this forum of customers being charged twice for VAT (once on purchase & a 2nd time on delivery) we are carrying on as we are until the EU post systems / IOSS are more stable & bug free. There are delays on our EU...
To clarify, regarding the IOSS stickers, see this page
https://www.postoffice.co.uk/mail/selling-to-the-eu
It says that you can "pick up an IOSS sticker from your local branch, attach to your item near the address and write the marketplace name from the list below (Etsy, Ebay etc)
Seems to me...
For non-IOSS EU orders, we email the customer to forewarn them about charges with an estimate of the VAT & handling fees. We can almost guarantee that Belgium customers will ask to cancel their order due to the 24 Euro handling fee. It is very high when compared to Germany's handling fee at 6 Euro.
@Freakzilla
I found that other thread about the IOSS stickers here :

I have also found out that these stickers are available from the Post Office
