    Recommendations for out of the box CRM

    I started out with Zoho CRM its OK out of the box and free for one user, you can upgrade and add a fair few app's to it and it intgrates with your website and mailchimp etc for marketing purposes. Having started on spreadsheets I would highly recommend it.
