    If i have further problems I will. I agree we should be able to find better ways to warn people that this is company you should not being doing business with. I will be contacting FSB as many others have.

    Thanks for advice - just written the letter and will send recorded delivery. Already members of FSB and will contact them if I get stuck. Quite amazing how many complaints there are online about PHS Wastetech.
