If the contract states they can ask you to work anytime Monday to Friday 24/7 yet for 3 years you have worked a particular pattern would there then be a contractual right to work that pattern?

Quick question.. from the date the ACAS certificate is issued.. how long does the person have to put in the employment tribunal claim?
Example: They took a bank holiday away (Monday 2nd April 2018).
How was the employee notified?
Friday 30 Mar 2018 - revised rota sent via Email. Person A set to Annual Leave for Monday 2nd April.
As mentioned, Person A only works Mon Tue Wed and alternate weekends and this Sat/Sun they were...
Contract says Mon-Sunday according to needs of the business however for over 3 years there has been a locally agreed schedule rota which has remained the same.... until bank holidays come in play and those days are (without asking) given to Person B.

I have a question.
Person A is working for a company. They don't have a working schedule in their contract (it only states Monday to Sunday for 30 hours). The employment contract states the business can decide whenever Person A works.

I am not sure we can win. we have evidence of badly run investigation including the HR not looking at evidence as they did not want to discredit management.
HR gave until the end of June to get witness / people ready to be present...
HR Terminated it. They did an investigation. Did not look at the CCTV as evidence of bullying on 3 occasions including the way the manager talked to Person A. Been employed for over 4 years
