    I see. If you login to your cPanel there should be a section for changing the email password. Just a side note M365 supports custom domains for email with no problems as do many other services such as Google Workspace.

    Oh, is this self hosted email? You mention cPanel so it might be. Try changing the password in the admin panel there although I'm slightly confused as you said you already pay for M365 so do you have two email providers or just M365 Office apps and not email?

    I assume you use Microsoft 365 for your Outlook email address? If so go to https://www.office.com and login. When it asks for your email and password click "Forgotten Password" (or similar) and follow the steps to change the password to one that you'll remember. You'll probably need to login...
