    I find the same as Blush - not many people want to order on the 'phone, but they do like to check that we exist, and sometimes ring up to ask about quick delivery etc. I think it's scary how many big companies with websites still make it so difficult for customers to find a 'phone number.

    The point I was making to deniser was that I accidentally failed to read all the posts because there was so much to wade through - I didn't deliberately skip information or make inaccurate comments! I've said nothing about giving or receiving only advice I want to hear!

    Duongo is right - don't know where the thing about having to refund postage on returns came from! You only do that if the item is faulty!

    I use Kashflow - it's fab! I do enter my sales into it manually, as I'm too stupid to work out how to do it any other way!
