I would look at the Haswell I5 4670K. Look for an 1150 Socket Motherboard that can handle 32GB of ram as not all can. Ram is around £100 for 16GB just now so if the Mobo only has two ram slots get a single chip instead of two so you can upgrade more later. Don't buy a cheap power supply.
