If you were to instruct Solicitors / Forensic Accountants, etc to prove that the company was trading insolvent or fraudulantly trasnferred assets to avoid paying creditors then it is possible that you could chase the director personally however, this is rarely succesful and costs...
Whilst I absolutely agree with the comments above I must say that if you have sufficient evidence that the company is continuing to trade whilst insolvent then the Directors can be held liable.
However, I must also stress that what evidence you have will not prove this alone as you will need...
Actually, I have just looked over this again and I think it is me that may have looked at the wrong company.
Platinum definately do not have any company number, licence numbers, contact details, registered office, etc on thier website so they are in breach.!!
