Hi all,
Is there anyone else here that's received a letter from AIB Merchant Services and is interested in moving away from them since they seem happy to charge an extra £120 a year for nothing?
I use GlobalPay as a payment gateway so I'm looking for a new merchant account that's compatible.
TIA!
I noticed a sneaky change from Royal Mail that I thought I'd let people know about.
From 4th April 2022, Royal Mail will no longer charge for 24 parcel weights between 1.0kg and 2.0kg. See their new charging table below:
So to give a further dodgy update on TrackingMore...
They took a charge out on my card on 17/01 for around £15. When I asked for a refund (as they don't provide me with any service) they said that we have no account and no record of our existence. I demanded a refund and they told me to go away...
I thought I'd give you an update on TrackingMore...
Put simply, it's awful. For example, the clues are in the poor spelling or grammar here and there in the admin area but extend to their business practices. E.g. today they're offering "50% discount to new members. 50% off any plan until...
Hi all,
Does anyone know whether it's possible for Click & Drop to alert the seller/shipper that a parcel has been delivered?
I've played around endlessly with the API over the past few months and have lots of experience with integrations, I just wanted to know if anyone's aware of a feature...
I don't think it's automated though, is it?
As in, when your post the order details to the API, it won't generate a label without manual intervention or the additional costs associated with a PrintNode account?
Excellent - thank you for letting me know.
Assuming they get everything working then I'll try integrating it at the end of the month and let you know how it goes. All the code is there, it just needs to be enabled.
That relates to returning the PDF as part of the API's exchange. Print Assist simply prints the labels once the postage has been applied.
The tell-tale sign is that Dropbox and Click & Drop Desktop can be set to 'print labels automatically' but the API has no such setting.
I can tell you from experience that even with the service, service format and full parcel dimensions, it doesn't print the label automatically. It's a real shame to be honest because the API's import functionality is faultless.
Oh it all works fine with Click and Drop Desktop and Print Assist...it's just a terrible system if it allows you to create orders but not print them automatically!
