Yeah, likewise. When I reported spoof emails suposedly coming from HSBC their attitude was "Huh, you should realise it is a spoof email". Hardly reassuring from a Global Bank! I totaly agree! I have put of registering my HSBC secure code in the sure & certain knowledge that it will be a disaster & I will be unable to access my HSBC account. Guess what?
