    ........if the phone is faulty that is.......out of goodwill they should surely let you go for something else on accidental damage (but they all seem to be morons ruled by their computer systems!)

    they are actually not complying to statutory law, as usual, look at the supply of goods and services act......which they seem to believe they are not obliged to honour
