    How do you come up with names for products?

    Luckily for us we didn't need to come up with fancy names for the services. As for the company name "Fluency Language Services", it just sort of happened. I always get compliments on it. I just sort of use keywords in my head and it just sort of happened.

    Undercutting is extremely easy for us in this scenario. We're more closely in-line with industry rates. We also generally manage to get the cost down by processing jobs better, so this isn't just taking randomly 20% off to be close to the margin.
