Hi,
I recently shipped x40 loose boxes weighting around 18kg each and 52x45x45cm
So around 4 cubic meters
And 720kg
It was LCL.
I paid around £1200 including custom charges. But excluding vat and duty.
So my question is, I’m planning on making a second shipment but when Google-ing “how...
Yes. I will call them.
For example, we had a customer contact us specifically say they are buying as part of their business or for under 3 year old. We advised that its not for commercial use and about the age range, but they still wanted to buy....
I have no idea whether to reject the order...
Hi,
After some advice...
If I sell children's home use toys that are for ages 3+ and only for home use...not to be used as a rental or commercial use...
If this is shown on the website, on the product page, on the instruction manuals and in the T&C's on website....and then someone purchases...
Another question, sorry.
So if we determine that the product has been used, for example a colouring book and it’s been drawn in…where do we stand with that. Do we have to offer a refund?
Something that’s clearly been used, and then returned within 14 days. What about that scenario.
Ok. So for example I can buy a vacpacked product in nice packaging etc. open it all. And then send it back for a refund. Even though it’s not ‘as new’ anymore.
Hmm but here
https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds
It’s not 100% clear…
When you do not have to offer a refund
no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it
“Brought without seeing it” does this mean in...
Hi
not sure if this is the right place for this.
I’m thinking of opening an online store which sells children’s toys which I will be having manufactured.
I want to know that if someone buys something from my online store and open the item, box, packaging and “sets up” the product…then...
But surely if the website wasn’t up to scratch and we were honest in saying it’s faults, of which were proven by site speed and seo tests, then it isn’t defamation?
Plus the client isn’t happy with the final result because of these problems and faults of their own concern, hence why they...
Hi,
I am a web developer.
I have a scenario whereby a business has come to me off their own back to discuss the possibility of creating them a new website because they are not happy with the quality of their current website.
Their current website has been in development for 2 years and only...
Hi,
I’m about to pay 50% deposit on my first order on Alibaba for $4000.
The supplier has sent me the order invoice link through Trade Assurance which gives me options to pay
PayPal - £110 fee
Credit debit card - £100 fee
TT Wire Transfer - approx £40
They said to go with TT option...
Another couple of questions
The supplier originally sent bank details to transfer deposit for the order. But I said to rasie the order via Alibaba, which they have done.
But reading online it seems normal for people to take the discussions and transactions off Alibaba if they trust the...
